Processing, Shipping & Returns
We like to keep things simple around here! See below for our processing, shipping, returns and exchanges policies below. If you have any questions, please never hesitate to reach out to our team.
Once we have received your order, we begin processing it that day. Actual processes can vary from type of item you purchased.
Any items we have on-hand in the boutique ships within 2 business days. All purchases made Friday will go out Monday.
Pre-Order timelines are stated on the product detail page itself. It will let you know the date or timeframe it is to arrive in our boutique. Please give our team 2-3 days to sort and process.
Storehouse Flats are made to order and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This only applies to the Pre-Order events. The flats we have in stock currently will ship within 2 business days.
Everything that ships directly from our boutique is insured. We use USPS First Class and Priority. If the order weighs 2lbs or more it might be shipped via FedEx Ground, or if it is shaped in a way it needs a special box.
Our rates are based off your order total weight, ranging from $4.50 to $10 for most orders, $14 for unusually heavy orders.
At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping method.
Return & Exchange Policies
All items are available for returns and will be refunded if:
- Item arrived defective
- Size marked incorrectly
- You received the wrong item
- Storehouse Flats may be returned if they do not fit
To qualify for your refund/exchange/store credit, when we receive the item it must be:
- In original condition
- Tags still attached (if it came with it)
- Original packaging
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to setup a return. Please do not just return the item without receiving approval from us first. If approved for the return, we must receive the item within 14 days of when you received it.
Items are available for exchanges pending inventory on hand.
Store credit may be an option upon request.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for edible items, beauty products or hair products due to abiding by hygiene laws.
If the process above is not followed and items returned appear worn, you will forfeit any refund/exchange/store credit and the item(s) will not be shipped back.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
