Pre-Order timelines are stated on the product detail page itself. It will let you know the date or time-frame it is to arrive in our boutique. Please give our team 2-3 days to sort and process.
Storehouse Flats are made to order and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This only applies to the Pre-Order events. The flats we have in stock currently will ship within 2 business days.
Graphic Tees are made to order with approximately 7-10 business day turnaround.
All in-stock items ship within 2 business days, usually next day. Anything purchased after 4pm cst Friday will be shipped out on Monday.
Storehouse Flats shipping timelines are different! Any that he have in-stock will ship according to our regular shipping policies. However, monthly pre-orders are made to order and ordered from the manufacturer once a month. Because of this, they could take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive, sometimes less.
All other pre-orders, graphic tees or items shipping directly to you from the warehouse will have their shipping timelines on their product page.

Everything that ships directly from our boutique is insured. We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority and FedEx Ground.

At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping method.
Once your purchase has been transferred to USPS or FedEx, the responsibility now falls onto the shipping carrier company. If a package is lost or stolen, please notify your nearest post office or FedEx location. If they come back and tell you to file an insurance claim, reach back out to us and we'll file that claim. Your refund will be initiated once funds are returned by the carrier.
